1. crop your base to 100x100 or whatever size you want 
2. duplicate base and set it to screen 

3. now what you wanna do is erase the part of the icon that is her skin from the screen layer it should look like this..

4. make a new layer and fill it with a light blue color and set it to soft light( i choose #a4e0f4)

5. make another new layer and fill it with a light pink color and also set that to soft light ( i choose #ffcfdc)

6. for this next step you need to either merge all and then copy it and then unmerge it or just click copy merged. so after you have it copied you'll wanna paste it on top and set it to burn 46%

7. so now go back to your blue soft light layer and erase what's on her skin and hair 

8. now above the pink soft light layer and under the burn layer you wanna add a dark blue exclusion layer 72% (i choose #111c40) 


and you're done!
